WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PROGRAM DISKETTE
We suggest that you make a backup copy of your SUNSHINE UNLIMITED diskette (numerous programs can be on one diskette) or diskettes and then store the original or originals in a safe place. If you wish, you can also transfer the programs to your hard disk.
To facilitate your immediate usage, almost every program features an illustrative example of how to use it. These examples quickly show you precisely what to do, and they're always immediately available for your reference.

If you have any problems with the programs themselves-we assume you're completely familiar with usage of your computer and in the case of spreadsheet software you know how to open files--call the SUNSHINE UNLIMITED number between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST: 785-227-3880. In the unlikely event that a diskette should become unreadable, within 90 days of purchase we'll immediately replace it with a new diskette.

All programs are copyrighted by the author and/or SUNSHINE UNLIMITED with all rights reserved. Any copying beyond making a backup copy for your own usage is illegal and piracy. Under copyright laws, these programs may not be copied in whole or part without the written consent of SUNSHINE UNLIMITED, except in your normal usage or to make a backup.
Copies of any SUNSHINE UNLIMITED program can't be given or sold to anybody else. Copying, under the law, also includes translating into another language or format. You can use the programs on any computer owned by you. If you have several computers requiring the use of these programs we will be glad to discuss a multi-user or site license with you.

PROGRAMS NOT IN THIS CATALOG
If you need a template or "stand-alone" program not listed in this catalog or a customized application, please contact us with your needs. SUNSHINE UNLIMITED has years of experience producing "tailor-made" template programs for numerous individuals and companies with varied interests.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
All implied warranties concerning the accompanying programs distributed by SUNSHINE UNLIMITED, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to 90 days from the date of its original purchase. Neither SUNSHINE UNLIMITED, nor any of its agents, employees, authors ,or suppliers, make any warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to the products contained on the diskettes shipped, their quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. As a result, the products are sold "as is", and the buyer assumes the entire risk as to their quality and performance. In no event will SUNSHINE UNLIMITED, its agents, authors, or suppliers, be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any defect in the software, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, they shall have no liability for any program or data stored or used with any product, including the costs of recovering or reproducing such programs or data. The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral, or written, express, or implied. No SUNSHINE UNLIMITED agent, employee, author, or supplier is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. Since some states don't allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation may not apply in your state. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and your state may also confer some additional rights.
